LEADERSHIP PROFILE

Geoff Cotton, Director at Cronos Projects, Ltd has been working in and around Queenstown since the early 1990s. Local projects include familiar sites in the heart of Queenstown such as the Post Office Precinct and Courthouse redevelopment for Ngai Tahu, The Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, the Sofitel Hotel and, more recently, O'Connells Shopping Centre and The Skyline redevelopment.​

 

Geoff is recognised for his strong leadership and communication skills having worked across multiple geographies and cultures including Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and India. Overseas projects include the construction of international branded hotels in Dubai and India, as well as large retail and residential development at Birkenhead Point in Sydney. Beginning his career as a quantity surveyor, Geoff is experienced across all phases of construction and development, including financial management, corporate governance, design, planning and implementation.​​
