Cronos Projects managed and provided engineer to the contract services for the internal fitting out of five floors of office space totalling 4000m2 in the newly constructed HWR Building on Esk Street in Invercargill.
The fitting out works were overlapped with the base build construction, also managed by Cronos, to allow the tenants early occupation of the premises.
