The Distinction Hotel Invercargill is a 150 room international-standard hotel constructed in a former office building.
The building is being repurposed entailing the removal of all interior fitments, external cladding and re-cladding with a unitised panels system, new foundation piles, and a seismic upgrade together with the addition two new storeys.
Cronos is providing project management of the structural works and curtain walling system as well as the installation of three new lifts.
