The HW Richardson Group are constructing a new corporate headquarters as part of the revitalisation of the Central Invercargill CBD.
The project consists of an 8000m2 Grade A office tower over nine floors, including an owner’s apartment and private office suite on the top floor. This project was complicated by limited street access for delivery of materials and components.
