Holiday Inn Remarkables Park

This 182 room, full-service 4-star hotel, designed by Plus Architecture and commissioned by Qian Long Investments was completed in 2021. The client adopted a fast track procurement method for the main contractor, utilising a P&G, margin, programme and open book negotiated tender method which allowed early commencement of a complex seismic raft basement with procurement of the balance of trade contractors happening in tandem with the construction.
This project comprised of five levels of accommodation plus basement car parking, conference facilities, restaurant, bar, and a fitness club.
