Invercargill Redevelopment Centre

Cronos Projects provided full project management services for the redevelopment of an entire city block in Invercargill. This large-scale redevelopment comprised of asbestos removal, the demolition of 47 buildings, archaeologic investigation, removal of contaminants, piling and construction of a new 20,000m2 shopping complex together with a 675 vehicle multi-storey car park in the centre of Invercargill.

Cronos Projects provided management at all of the stages of this hugely successful project completed within the original time frame and costs, despite global and industry issues.

This complex project involved multiple stakeholders, considerable approval challenges, design management, tight budgets, and predetermined completion dates.
